Lance M. Geppert, J.D.
I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and I have over twenty years of legal experience. I graduated in the top 10 of my class from Baylor School of Law and I was editor of the Baylor Legal Review. I received my license to practice law in the State of Texas that same year.
I do not work for large banks, insurance companies, corporations, or other large institutions, which means that I do not ordinarily have a conflict of interest with my clients with regards to almost any legal matter. In addition, I have significant experience in most civil matters, including specifically real estate law and litigation, probate (wills) law and litigation, business law and litigation, employment law and litigation, personal injury litigation, and bankruptcy.
I like to believe that I wear the white hat and that I am fighting the good fight. If you know you don’t have a valid case and are merely attempting to delay or frustrate your opponent, I am probably not the right attorney for you. If you view yourself as the “good guy” that has wronged, give me a call. I will see your case through to the end.
I take great satisfaction out of my client’s satisfaction and success, and will attempt to work with you as much as possible to ensure that when you hire my office, you have a very good idea of what it is going to cost to complete your project.
